Travel and tourism are one of the largest industries in India, with a total contribution of over 292 billion U.S. dollars to the country’s GDP in 2018. Research shows that by 2028, Indian tourism sector in India is likely to grow at 6.7 per cent per annum to reach ₹32.05 lakh crore (US$450 billion) with 9.9 per cent contribution to the GDP. Why we started ExploreBees?
We being the founders of ExploreBees belongs to a travel community. For us, travel is a fun experience. We used to travel across the country and experience beautiful varying landscapes from From beaches to deserts, from dazzling cities to snow-clad mountains, the tourist destinations with diverse cultures, traditions, and cuisines. While we travel, we experienced unique attractions, tours, and peoples with less or no exposure. We wanted even other travelers can experience the same. So we decided to list these places that come under different categories under one platform called ExploreBees.
What is ExploreBees?
ExploreBees is a travel platform that offers an advanced booking service for qualified suppliers and these suppliers can leverage our sophisticated website to list their attractions, activities, day outs, experiences, tours, sightseeing packages, and tourist destinations onto the World Wide Web. The Internet is changing the World. The World Wide Web is systematically transforming the tourism industry. To an increasing extent, an attraction or tour or tour guide does not exist if it is not present on the Internet. Explorebees plans to exploit this trend. ExploreBees will passionately focus on the different segments of this industry. ExploreBees will bring all travel-related services into the World Wide Web. By creating web pages for our suppliers, we will establish them on the Web at a key moment in the transformation of the tourism industry.
